Team Page Header Mobile Issues

When a user scrolls down on team page so that the top of the browser passes the box scores, the header snaps to the top of the browser, as intended. However, at this moment, the team logo resizes itself to be smaller, and its container shrinks with it, causing the whole page to jump when the header snaps

1. Go to any index on mobile
2. Go to a team page
3. Slowly scroll up until the box scores are just out of vision
4. The menu snaps, the page jumps
5. Scroll back up
6. The menu snaps off, the page jumps back
