The vehicle fails to initialize properly in Autoware #144

After running the launch file, the vehicle is displayed normally in CARLA and the image topics are subscribed correctly, but the vehicle fails to initialize properly in Autoware.

My branch is galactic.

Hi @zsdfaker, I would suggest using humble instead of galactic. We are not maintaining the galactic branch anymore.
