Crashing on launch after tweaking graph settings or something similar

Describe the bug
I was tweaking the display for the graph thingys for something like the network transfer or disk transfer, the app crashed, and now it no longer will open and crashes on launch including after restarting on bootup launch.

Also wondering if there's a way that I can just delete a settings or configuration file in order to have the app act fresh so that I can just get it working again? Or maybe giving you that file could help? Maybe afterwards I then can try to figure out more exact steps to get the bug to happen.

I removed my plist file and configured it again to get it working, here is the file that caused it to crash on launch.
