[Layout] Form should be present underneath product recap

Underneath the project recap, a form will be located in for the organizers to fill out so they can become a Resilience user.

Description:
The top of the section should have the Title "Get Resilience for Your Organization" - Center Aligned
Under the title, the text should read "Tell us a bit more, So we can see how we fit" - Center Aligned
The form should be displayed underneath - Center aligned
