Parcel 1.11 with parcel-typescript-plugin does not recognise type annotations. The same error occurs with any kind of TypeScript-specific syntax.
The script is imported as <script async src="index.tsx"></script> in index.html.

Same issue here after upgrading to parcel 1.11.0. Worked as expected with parcel 1.9.7.
Had to upgrade because of parcel-bundler/parcel#2456.
