Description

Developers need to be able to reset the permission for testing. Not supporting this makes it extremely difficult to ensure that the permission is correctly handled. All other permissions can be reset with tccutil.

I’m aware of the recommendation in https://developer.apple.com/documentation/technotes/tn3179-understanding-local-network-privacy#Reset-local-network-state, but that’s simply not good enough. We should not need to use a VM just to test this.
