Internal form - selected record linked between two forms

Hi folks,
I searched about this subject here, and I didn't find anything related.
I have two forms (two tables), one called user another called project, I want to know how do I relate the name of the project to the user that is in this project. It would be using a foreign key but I haven't found how to do this using the forms wizard of FormTools.
