In previous releases, the code, number, and currency values were unique across all entries in data. Commit 1a2a159 introduced a duplicate entry for the currency "Bolívar Soberano". Although uniqueness was never a promised attribute for currency values, it has been a longstanding property.

Was this change intentional?
