A majority of the users are likely to browse the website on their mobile devices, but the navigation bar is awkwardly condensed on mobile devices and smaller screens. Consider a solution for a navigation bar or menu for smaller devices.

Some suggestions could of course be having a hamburger menu, an icon based menu, smaller font size or for the navigation bar to wrap the text content differently.

I think it would fit, if we would change the spacing of the buttons to the actual text length. "Join" doesn't need as much space as "FridaysForFuture".
