查询MSDN和测试可知，
_socket.SetSocketOption(...SocketOptionName.KeepAlive,(int)_configuration.KeepAliveInterval.TotalMilliseconds);
相当于调用
_socket.SetSocketOption(...SocketOptionName.KeepAlive, true);
