Install fonts to geoCML Desktop

Users will want to include custom .TTF files to create beautiful map layouts.

Describe the solution you'd like
When users build geoCML Desktop, the container should be built with user-defined .TTF files. We could also include a few .TTF files by default (so long as they are open-source/public domain).

Describe alternatives you've considered
You can install fonts right now, but it's a gigantic pain in the ass... You need to add the .TTF files to the persistence layer, run a bunch of terminal commands to install the font, then restart QGIS. We can do better!
