Create new demo image (animation) for the README #334

Our demo image is pretty, but doesn't show recently implemented and planned features which are hard to explain and easy to show.

E.g.:

Collaborative features, seeing other peoples' cursors, annotations, viewport following
Identify tool
Working on a Notebook and JupyterGIS project at the same time

We can create an animation which shows off some of these features and more quickly gives people the idea of what JupyterGIS can do for them.

I thought we had an issue for this but I didn't find it!
