Encoding problem when downloading layer as shapefile #10741

Description

When downloading a layer in Shapefile format and then open it in QGis, it look like the encoding is wrong :

How to reproduce

Expected Result
Specials chars should display well

Current Result
Looks like there is an encoding problem as special chars are replaced with �

  • Not browser related

Mapstore version : 2024.02.00-RC1-geOrchestra
Also present in 2023.02.02-geOrchestra
