Add liftingSchemaMapping

It was suggested during the workshop that we have the xml schema as basis and add a liftingSchemaMapping so that we can generate the ontology from it. From my limited understanding about sawsdl this seems quite the right tool for the job. We would need
to add:

 sawsdl:liftingSchemaMapping

To the elements in the xml schema which is a pointer to data-lifting transformation rules.

If we really want this soon then it would be helpful to talk to @uschindler. I think he is familiar with xslt tranformations which sawsdl is based on?
