'Are you sure..' pop-up appears when open Prepare Omen condition page and then leave it #744

open Prepare condition page
select Omen Condition in the Condition type field
DO NOT fill in any fields
leave the page

AR: 'Are you sure..' pop-up appears (seems to me due to 'Category' field is loaded)

ER: 'Are you sure..' pop-up should not appear when we do not fill in any fields on the form
