According to https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/oauth/cloud-project I created cloud project and create outh2 web app for client ID and secrete but when run GenerateUserCredentials.php return URL.
When open URL than shown error as "Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch" error.
I tried this with multiple account from localhost server but every time shown same error.
Please advise for solution.

Could you contact agents in the Google Ads API forum? They'll guide you to privately share your screenshots of your Cloud project settings.
