"White" space

when i use templates, I can click everywhere in ads. Please confirm!

Same problem I am also facing. Please see attached screenshot.

One side google is saying in https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6329638 that

Only the ad titles, URLs, CTA, and image assets can be clickable (no clickable "white" space).
but its own template is clickable everywhere and later when we implement using its own code given here, they will send email regarding policy violation and later deleting accounts and terminating accounts. Please confirm first so that we can use templates without any fear. This is really frustrating developers because without any warning Google is taking actions even for minor problems and sometimes not due to developers mistake e.g. this white space clickable issue.
