Add warning for empty tap-subgraph-endpoint value #1057

Currently if no endpoint is given or the value is passed incorrectly it will just say RAV process not initiated. and a good way to debug would be to add a warn if the tap-subgraph-endpoint is empty to let the indexer know it wont work
