add progress type "bar"

I want to prequalify a pull request related to the following:
User story:
The options "textual" and "dots" already exists. I want add a new: progress bar.
UX:

Technical solution:
add on js/questionset.js render, on css/questionset.css the css and semantics.json configuration

Hi, I think a graphical progress bar would be a nice addition to Question Set!

I would not, however, agree with the suggested style since the design is too similar to a points progress bar. I would suggest reusing the design of a progress bar from Single choice set, please check here: https://h5p.org/single-choice-set
