Updated so the app is containerized with three components:

  1. Frontend
  2. Backend (high score)
  3. Redis

The backend should have a feature flag where if the Redis host and port is provided, it'll use that instead of HVS. Otherwise, it'll default to HVS.

Even with these changes, the Waypoint self-service internal developer platform tutorial should still work.
