The "delete profile" button invites users to incidents.
The settings are saved upon changes therefore you do not use a save button.
But if users had any previous experience from other sites, their eyes will look for such a save button, which is usually the only button on such settings button regardless of the color.
The delete profile button is the only button there, and therefore poses a thread when you are out of focus for just a moment and try to change something there (frequently this is the keyword language). Without even reading the text, it can be confused for a save button.
I had one such tiny out-of-focus moment where I clicked on this button. Fortunately, it did not work as the page was about to reload after my change in the settings. It is clear I might not be this lucky next time.
So, in short, the profile deletion and hence the button should be in some other place, preferably on its own dropdown section, like password section has its own section.
Please check asses this situation and make necessary changes
