Describe the chore

It seams like that esdb.RecordedEvent.Position.Commit is a, for eventstoredb, global commit integer that increments with every event inside eventstoredb. We could use this instead of esdb.RecordedEvent.EventNumber to get a global consistency token.

I already use them for our updates-svc because this services give our clients the ability to hook into our event stream from every position https://github.com/helpwave/services/pull/859/files#diff-84022975b8ddc3e2c286a8c31757ba79f05c2096703f059634dc5a646fd7501bR120.
