XAI Dashboard should only be clickable when an actual dashboard is available

Describe the bug
When in Trainings/Model the button open Dashboard in Explainable AI section is clickable even when there is no available dashboard.
To Reproduce
Click on "open Dashboard" button in Explainable AI section on Trainings/Model/ModelName where no Dashboard has been generated.
Expected behavior
The button "open Dashboard" in Explainable AI should be grayed out and not clickable for Models where no Dashboard exists.
