Hide unloaded related artworks carousel

Reason (Why?)
On Page initialization, when the carousel is not loaded, the control elements are displayed anyways and intersect with other elements. With a slow connection, it can take several seconds for the carousel to be loaded.

Solution (What?)
Hide the carousel (and maybe common tags) until it is loaded and maybe show a loading animation instead.

Acceptance criteria
A loading state is introduced to the related artworks carousel.
