Undo doesn't update the console prompt

If you do an undo and go visit a previous slot you've worked in, the console prompt you see is whatever one that was left there before--even if you've updated the prompt.

Typically, the prompt indicates something about the current context that should be relevant.

Integrating with a REDO might mean putting the old prompt back (?) but it seems that if you are typing in the console, the prompt accompanying what you type should be updated to be the current console prompt from the skin.
