Feature parity with iOS on target="_blank" #80

It’s possible that I’m overlooking something, but it seems that links with target="_blank" behave differently on iOS and Android.
In the iOS app, the link is treated as an external link and opened in the Safari browser, whereas in the Android app, the link opens within the app itself.
Not sure if this is the intended behavior, but I thought I'd mention it.
