提交 6fe1e9b 实现文件大小占位符 $filesize$ 。

eD2k链接可以通过添加 ed2k://|file|$name$|$filesize$|$hash$|/ 这个自定义复制/导出格式生成。需要注意的是 eD2k 链接中的 Hash 是 MD4 算法的计算结果。

至于生成的链接能不能使用还没有测试过。
