Preline CSS not compiled with tailwind in angular - Cause Modal not visible

Summary

Preline CSS class not compiled in angular

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new angular project
2. Follow up the installation steps
3. and try include modal in the page.
4. Modal overlay came but Modal not visible. Because (.open.hs-overlay:opacity-100 ) not came.
5. In accordion icons not changed when open and collapse.

Kindly help with this

Just tried in stackblitz it is working. But I don't know why it is not working in local
