Add support for server-side rendering of personalization block

It would be nice to have access to a function which outputs all the markup necessary for a personalization block and any number of templates inside of it, without having to either build that HTML markup yourself or hack the block renderer to feed in fake blocks.

Not sure I fully understand what you mean or what the use case is here, like more programmatically generated blocks?
