The hvac-cli project will be archived soon

Hello! I'm one of the new maintainers of the hvac organization. In taking a look at the repositories, this one seems to be unmaintained at the moment. There haven't been new issues, PRs, or releases in a while. PyPI stats also shows very little download activity: https://pypistats.org/packages/hvac-cli

As a result, I'm intending to archive the project, which will keep the project available but read-only.

If anyone is still interested in working on this project, please let us know!

I will leave this up for a little while, but will probably look to archive within the first half of July if no objections. Archiving can be undone in the case that something comes up after that point.
