Description

very specific but https://github.com/nabil-otsmane/wayland-first-client resize to very small window will make my GPU(nvidia btw) spike to 100% usage(shows hyprland in nvtop)

How to reproduce

1. get https://github.com/nabil-otsmane/wayland-first-client
2. launch
3. resize to smal size
