Currently only metric "percentage_genes_w_correct_nPAS" is considering features of genome annotations. We had however more interesting ideas for other annotation dependent metrics.

Work on this had been started in PR #432.
Some more discussion was held in issue #298.
Please check those before starting work on this issue.
