At IBM, we believe that good design goes beyond the intent behind an outcome. Whatever ends up in the final product is the design and this is why front-end development skills are so vital. 

At IBM we have built a community and program of support where developers can go to grow their career and their skills. 

We call this community and program FED@IBM - front-end development at IBM.
