[Design, Implementation and Documentation] Scoring System

Score calculations are based on two factors, move cost and similarity cost. We will need to come up with a well-designed scoring scheme in order to force customers into creating fun algorithms. I'll be in charge of this. Unfortunately, full design is only possible after necessary parts are implemented. So we will have to wait.
