{ haskell-nix }:
haskell-nix.hackage-tool {
  name = "alex";
  version = "3.2.7.1";
  compiler-nix-name = "ghc8107";
  index-state = haskell-nix.internalHackageIndexState;
}

The above derivation builds successfully, despite internalHackageIndexState = "2021-11-05T00:00:00Z";, and alex-3.2.7.1 was uploaded at 2022-01-23T23:20:45Z. Not that it affects user experience or something, but still posting this issue, in case this might reveal some underlying bug.
