worker_processes should not be the amount of sriov_numvfs

Setup:

• Ubuntu 24.04 amd64
• in-tree QAT
• Dual Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6438Y+ (each 16 vfs / total 32)

When i set the worker_processes in the nginx.conf above 32 the qat.service reports qatmgr[3007]: Couldn't get section SHIM and no SSL connections are possible

It should be possible to set worker_processes to the CPU amount, here either auto or 128

Can you please give us more information like QAT Engine: version, Crypto libraries: like openssl version, if using NGINX:- then its Version, etc with logs to understand more
