Allow it to be run without worrying about installing the dependencies.

The image can then be added to ms2lda (https://github.com/sdrogers/ms2ldaviz/blob/master/docker-compose.yml) so magma can be run either using docker-compose run (for offline annotation of reference datasets) or with a celery worker (for starting from web interface).
