Add gas coin consolidation advanced feature

We might have to add a "consolidate" function in the dashboard to cleanup mergeable objects like the gas coin, if a user for example has 5000 IOTAs in objects of 1 and wants to stake the whole amount, the user cant because of the max PTB size, so a consolidation feature might come in handy in the future, though is an edge case so its like an advanced feature.

We should discuss if we want it and, if so, how we would like to have it implemented (UX/UI), we could even display a small notification to the user in the wallet to handle this in the dashboard
