Remove konubinix.eu from https://ipfs.github.io/public-gateway-checker/

Hi,

Earlier, I submitted a PR to remove konubinix.eu from the list of gateways. Hoping that in time, it would disapear from https://ipfs.github.io/public-gateway-checker/

I can see I was wrong, and my server keeps being spammed by useless connections to my server. This make sense, for my address, konubinix.eu, is still listed in the publick gateway checker website.

The logs of my ingress tell me that there are about 50K connections per day.

So please, make this stop.
