Where to download data to reproduce analyses

I am interested in running your analyses for this paper and was wondering where I can download the data that will be put into the input_data_folder. Can I reproduce this work using this input data and the pipeline in this folder?

I am really sorry for the huge delay on answering you. We forked the original repo, https://github.com/leoisl/paper_pandora2020_analyses, into this one for the publication, and I thought I would be notified of any activity, but this was not the case. I just saw this issue now, by accident. The input data can be downloaded from the FTP site: http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/software/pandora/2020/data/data.tar , but I am not sure such a delayed answer is useful for you now.
