Subject of the issue

It's not possible to download a publiccode.yml file after validation, as reported in #349 issue 8.

Steps to reproduce

Fill the form and validate. After that, click on download button. Nothing will happen.

This bug is reproducible on Safari.

Expected behaviour

It must download a publiccode.yml

Actual behaviour

Nothing happen
