Hello,
i installed the server bedrock on my synology nas and got it working however...
"Looking up latest version..."
it won't start the container or start from scratch (empty folder) when i dont open up ports 443 and 53 (dns?) on my firewall for everyone.
i been trying to narrow the acces by alowing countries i have connections to when starting the server, adding the IP and Range from where the zip is beeing downloaded but no succes... it only goes trough to the end and starts the serever when i open up and allow access from all IP adresses on port 443 and 53. wiers because i thought when a connection is made from a client, like a download of a zip, it is allowed to go trough.
anybody know why that is and how i can narrow it a bit? who has a server running behind a closed 443 an 53 port firewall?
regards,
