Could not resolve host: minecraft.azureedge.net

When starting the container, it fails to download the latest bedrock server version. It's reporting that it can't resolve the host, which is super weird.

I've checked myself, and the host, and the full download URL works. It's just not working inside the container apparently.

I was able to resolve this by getting my Docker version up to date (24.x.x) vs the version I had running (19.x.x). This is per this thread.
