Hello. Thank you for this great package.
Is it possible with an AlignmentTrack to display alignments one per row? If yes, is it possible to give some method for the order of the rows? I would like to visualise the start of each read and the density of reads per start site.
If I understand currently this should be done by setting the stacking option, but the manual says that:
"Currently the three values squish, dense and hide are supported."
But none of these lets me do that. Do you plan on adding more options to here? If not, is there a workaround?
Thank you.

Hi @Balays, I am not planning to implement a solution to this issue at the moment.
