The WIFI Hotspot is unstable, it frequently disconnects, both in lineage-15.1-20200218-UNOFFICIAL-herolte_signed.zip and in lineage-16.0-20200712-UNOFFICIAL-herolte.zip. Using lineage 17 or 18 this issue is not present.

If the i2c device is already runtime suspended, if qup_i2c_suspend is
executed during suspend-to-idle or suspend-to-ram it will result in the
following splat:

This patch fixes the issue by executing qup_i2c_pm_suspend_runtime
conditionally in qup_i2c_suspend.
