Has anyone tested the IVPORT V2 board with the Pi Zero that has the camera interface? I know Pi Zero 1.3 uses a different interface cable. Would this work with IVPORT V2 board?

It doesn't work, at least mine is, maybe because of the low memory or processing power of zero's, I'm still investigating the issue. you just need the camera cable comes with zero to connect ivport. but A+ is a better choice for such project when you consider the size of the cards.
