Blank screen while opening the application.

Hi,

I am observing a blank screen while launching the application. I found an exception message in the bottom right corner. Could you please let me know what the issue might be and how I can troubleshoot it? I have JDemetra+ 2.2.2 installed on my PC, with OpenJDK 17.0.12 installed as well.

Hi, your version of JDemetra+ is not compatible with Java17.
You need to either:

• install the latest version of JDemetra+ (v2.2.5)
• use Java8 with your version of JDemetra+ (v2.2.2)
