Allow setting custom links for execution results links

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The Jenkins JFrog Plugin utilizes the JFrog Platform URL for connecting to Artifactory. However, when using PrivateLink, the execution results link reflects the PrivateLink address, preventing seamless navigation to JFrog's UI.

This link does not work since it is PrivateLink address, not JFrog UI address.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

Implement a feature that allows users to configure the link used for execution results. This would providing a field in the Jenkins JFrog Plugin settings where users can specify a custom URL for execution results
