when I run "elastalert-create-index" I see:
ImportError: cannot import name 'RequestsHttpConnection' from 'elasticsearch'
can you tell me what the problem is and how to fix it?

Unfortunately, you have not provided enough information to assist. Note that from the docs, you've chosen an installation method that we find to be better suited for advanced users. Consider using the provided Docker images instead, which will eliminate these import related issues.
