When clicking on the link to sign the CLA I get the following error message:

This agreement is no longer accessible for signature. If you feel you have reached this page in error please contact the person who directed you to this page to sign the agreement.

To me it seems that this repository is not maintained by JFrog at all (see as well at the number of open PRs and issues).

Seems that the procedure changed and it is enough to comment on a PR only. I would propose that the documentation should be updated.
